A day at The Blue Palm at Lani Kai
Morning: Coffee bar on the balcony while the kids splash in the family pool below.
Beach time: Load the wagon with chairs, towels, boogie boards and sand toys and walk about two minutes to the private HOA beach access.
Afternoon: Nap time with room-darkening shades, or one more swim. Grown-ups get their own adults-only pool.
Evening: Walk to dinner and ice cream on West Beach, then games and puzzles back at the condo.

Lani Kai has private, deeded beach access for the complex directly across West Beach Blvd, about a 2-minute walk. It’s a 4-lane road, so most families walk one block to the traffic light for an easier crossing. Load the beach wagon we provide and you can carry everything in one trip.
Yes, it’s set up for exactly that. There’s a family pool and a separate adults-only pool, and we stock a beach wagon, chairs, towels, boogie boards and sand toys. Inside you’ll find a pack ’n play, room-darkening shades, kid-friendly dishes, games, books and puzzles.
Up to 6: a king in the primary bedroom, a queen and a full in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sectional in the living room. There’s one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Yes. Restaurants, ice cream and shops along West Beach Blvd are walkable, Pier 33 is a 3–5 minute walk for snacks and forgotten sunscreen, and The Hangout is an 8-minute walk (0.7 miles).
Yes. Your parking spot is right under the condo, and a second pass is available for $30 with 72 hours’ notice. The spot is a little snug for large SUVs.
